This morning was in yishun from 11am to 2pm. I cant believe X is late again, and this time 50 mins late!!!! OMG... When X arrive i feel like telling X, can u dont be late, time is precious to me. Considering a switch, but who next?
Went to watch inception with sis. Not a bad show. I just realized that the show "The Prestige" (a movie between 2 magician competing with each other using orthodox method that no ordinary magician will use) is by the same director as Inception. And surprise that the the box office for The Prestige isnt good because is really really a nice show, in fact i personally think is better then Inception because of the huge twist at the end. If u have not watch "The Prestige", please go and watch.
Have been watching the series "criminal minds". Quite sad that one of the main character decides to leave the show.

zhang xiang is quite creative, he mention in his blog.. SNOC= Seriously Naughty Organisation Committee. Muhahahahahah... I dont use the word lol much but this is really LOL!!!!!!!!! hope that snoc dont see this.
We tried all we can and there is nothing much we cam do now. Lets pray hard for external help now. Mr Kwa put in alot of time and effort into the application and appeal, hope that a miracle happens.
National youth team is really a big headache for me now. So many problems here and there. Of course there are times i feel like giving up, asking myself why did i go through so much troubles and planning to set this team up. But when i see the players play so seriously, having fun reviewing (well, they look like they are having fun, haha),i think all the time sacrifice for this team is worth it.
Have been looking for someone (thats u wen jun) to take over me to manage NYT because i will be away next year but is really hard. First i cannot expect him/her to have the same drive and enthusiasm as me to operate this team. Our ideas of NYT may be very different. Wenjun has been telling me that nyt seems so slack, everyone is not discipline enough, most people skip review bla bla bla and alot more which i totally agree. He even told me if 'M' is in charge, he plan to ask everyone to sign contract etc to enforce everyone discipline. But i think that they feel this way because they have not manage the team yet so dont understand what is going on. I can also enforce strict rules and kick people out when they fail to meet the rules but how are all these going to benefit NYT, SWA and the players? Are these really going to work or frighten everyone away? The players can just quit, they have nothing to lose. I personally feel that NYT is a training ground for players who wants to improve more, a place for players who want to mingle around and make more friends, a place for players who dont have a reason to play weiqi( since they have completed all the swa weekend class or other reasons). At least for now, it dont have to be that strict.
Is sad to see that no one is signing up for nyt selection especially this month. I have to personally approach people and ask them to join. What does this show? Does sg player hate playing weiqi that much or we dont have players anymore?
I cant help but to say that i dont understand hwachong players (if u r ex hwa chong student, pls dont kill me).Is like majority of the people there are being forced to play weiqi. I am not saying this because only 2 hwa chong players (yuxiang)(jie hui) join nyt despite they have tons of good players but besides competition, do you see them in swa event? Do you see them help out in yc event? Ok, maybe is during exam period or studies come first. Being the top weiqi school in singapore, is sad to see that beside playing competition for their sch, they dont contribute to other areas in swa.
Read "Y" blog and know that she is not quite happy about what i "did" to mimi(thx karen for the name) in mindsports festival. Did some reflection and yar, i admit i am wrong, should not have arrange so many players especially him. I can find lots of excuses to defend myself for example, there are lots of crowd so i need to maintain the crowd by making the game go on and on,alot of ppl wan to see the game between them, bla bla and the excuses goes on but i am really in wrong especially when i forgot that the pro standing there is just a 21 year old lady.

Last week was my sis DJ competition in jurong point. I was really glad that some of my aunt and uncle actually made posters, buy whistle and came all the way down to jurong point to support my sis. Is the first time we actually have this kind of gathering and it really feels good.
One of my aunt told me that this is her first time doing this kind of "chase star" thingy in her entire life, haha and in some point she was so embarrassed by all the shouting and blowing of whistle that she has to cover her face with the poster i made, muhhahahha.
So my sis has to compete in 3 different rounds of test with 9 other competitors. There will only be 1 winner and he will get $1000, a one year contract as DJ in 933 and become ambassador for ALICAFE (a coffee brand).
So in the first round, they were given a news article beforehand and they were asked to summaries them and present the news in a interesting way on stage. One by one they made they presentation and finally when is my sis turn, (she is number 10, the last contestant)i could feel my relatives all tense up. My sis din really perform well in the first round so we were quite worried for her.
In the second round, each contestant were given 2 words and they have to make a story out of it. My sis got 汗颜 and 蚀. I am like what the hell is 汗颜 and 蚀??? My sis got the 2 hardest word among the 10 contestant. In the end she managed to cook up a story and the judges were quite impress, haha.
In the third round, the contestant were pair up in pairs and they have to interview either "stars" acted out by current 933 DJ or actually singer (there were 2 of them that day). Actually the 10 contestants were given 5 names 1 week before the competition so that they have time to prepare what they want to interview with their partner. The 5 names were, xiao s (a famous taiwan host), bye 2 (a twin group from singapore), gong zi yi (singaprean singer), xie jia fa (933 dj) and yao yao (a actress famous in taiwan for big b***). So when my sis and her partner went to draw lots on stage, they got jay chou, a name which was not in the 5 names given earlier. Haha, i could see how panic my sis and her partner was and what make things worst was that they have to present first, meaning no time to prepare at all. But my sis did quite a good job interviewing him even though "jay chou" answer "yes", "hmm", "yar" everytime when a question is asked.
Then came down to the results part. The contestant were line up on stage and were asked to leave one by one in random order if they are not in top 3. I could see my relatives screaming and shouting at her name when it comes down to the top 3. My sis came in second. The winner is a guy from ntu and his chinese is really good so he deserves to win the title.
Yesterday my sis received a call from mediacorp askng her to be part time dj in 933 but first she has to pass the probation period. All the best to her!!
