Was checking myongji website for the enrollment date and found that it was changed to december instead of november, notice of admission will be end of jan. So i guess i will most probably be going there in feb.
I also happen to see an interview of mod (the thai player)regarding his plan and how he was doing in myongji. After watching it on youtube i know life will be really harsh. Of course before watching i already know it wont be easy. Questions like what can i do after i graduate from there, leaving my comfort zone and staying in some cold and unknown language country, will i survive there, bla bla thousand and 1 question... Yar it will be scary living all alone there but is exciting to me and not everyone have this chance of doing so.
In mindsports festival i did up a last min simul game for ms cho cause she seems bored so we got alvin, zhou xiang, xing wei, rong yao, yimo, junzhe and one ntu guy to play against her. I was really surprised by the crowd being attracted to this simul game because alot of ppl were very impress by a lady playing against so many guys. A lot of them even took out their camera to take ms cho picture. Some who have no clue what is going on even seat down and admire ms cho, hahah, i am serious. But i think she is going to hate me cause she stand 3 straight hours, haha. My conclusion for this is that by having more female players, we might get more ppl to start playing weiqi. So how do we attract female players?
Practice today was terrible. Things have gone terribly wrong after the monthly S. Have to think through more.
